Create the conditions for forward motion
You know what you want to do. You might even know how to do it. However the paralysis to get started, and stay moving is crippling you. Don’t let your own progress tall while you see others doing what you want to achieve, the comparison doesn't just sting — it continues to paralyse.
The gap between where you are and where you think you should be by now is not laziness or lack of ambition. It's a nervous system so flooded with pressure, fear, and self-comparison that it's shut down the capacity to move. Paralysis isn't the opposite of motivation. It's what happens when there's too much of everything at once.
Use Momentum when:
You know what you need to do but can't seem to make yourself start
Overwhelm has turned into paralysis and nothing is moving
You're watching other people progress and it's making your own stuckness worse
Fear of getting it wrong is keeping you from doing anything at all
You've lost your sense of progress and need to find your footing again
You're exhausted from being busy without actually moving forward
Train your mind for momentum
Momentum doesn't start with a plan. It starts with a regulated nervous system. When the flood recedes, the path forward becomes clearer. The comparison loses its grip. The fear of failure shrinks back to a manageable size. And movement — real movement, not just busyness — becomes possible again. One thing at a time, in the right direction.
Our Momentum training works on the freeze underneath the paralysis — not by adding more pressure, but by releasing what's already there. Sessions regulate the overwhelm first, then use visualisation and identity work to reconnect you to your own progress, your own pace, and your own direction — independent of what everyone else is doing.
