Create the conditions for forward motion

You know what you want to do. You might even know how to do it. However the paralysis to get started, and stay moving is crippling you. Don’t let your own progress tall while you see others doing what you want to achieve, the comparison doesn't just sting — it continues to paralyse.

The gap between where you are and where you think you should be by now is not laziness or lack of ambition. It's a nervous system so flooded with pressure, fear, and self-comparison that it's shut down the capacity to move. Paralysis isn't the opposite of motivation. It's what happens when there's too much of everything at once.
